The day was defined by the surprise announcement early in the morning that President Obama has been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. The decision came as a complete surprise. and many responded by asking what the Presdient had accomplished to deserve the award.

The President then met with Senator Jim Webb. He then had a private lunch with the Vice President.
